About The Programme

The Bridge Programme is a structured art therapy based approach for early-intervention group designed for young people aged 11–15 who are showing early signs of school disengagement, anxiety, social withdrawal, or reduced confidence.

Through a combination of creative expression, practical life skills, and mental health literacy, the programme supports young people in rebuilding connection, resilience, and motivation.

Programme Structure

  • Duration: 10 Weeks
  • Week 1:
    Individual Intake Session (30 minutes)
  • Weeks 2–9:
    Weekly Group Sessions (1.5 hours each)
    • Small group setting (8–10 participants)
    • Food provided
  • Week 10:
    Individual Review Session
